Kelvara was born from a love of Malibu and the effortless style that has always surrounded California’s coast. Sun-faded tees, worn-in denim, surf culture, late nights and the kind of clothes that somehow look better the less you think about them.
Inspired by the ease of getting dressed when you have somewhere to be and nothing to prove, Kelvara reimagines the everyday graphic tee through a distinctly nostalgic lens. References move between vintage surf and skate culture, ’90s and early-2000s California, and the off-duty style of the women who make a simple T-shirt and jeans feel like an entire look.
The first collection began with three tees: Drew, Sunny and Scout. Each one designed around a different idea, but all with the same intention, to create pieces that feel easy to wear, hard to overthink and good enough to keep reaching for.
At the heart of Kelvara is a certain kind of optimism. Not the overly serious kind. The kind that says go outside, make the plans, stay out late, be a good human and assume something good might happen.
